It’s a nice hotel. The location is good if you have business in the immediate vicinity, or large groups looking for quality, not so much for visitors to Madrid as it’s quite a distance away.

Very clean, comfortable and more budget friendly than inside the city center. Close to Las Matas railway station for accessibility outside Madrid. Quiet neighbourhood with no party noise as in the city center.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a very sweet blond lady working in the restaurant on the evening who was such a sweetheart. She was very efficient and always with a smile on her face. Other than that, the hotel was extremely well cleaned, our room was spacious and also spotless. It was nice to have a gym in the building even tough it is very small.

Driving back from the north we needed an overnight stay half way through the trip, so found this hotel just off the motorway. For us it was very easy to find and easy to park outside for free. Plenty of parking - there's a bus stop just outside, but we got an uber for 25 euros to the centre of Madrid. Lunch was great and they served it at all hours, breakfast was very good.

everything went well and staff was very friendly. also, location was perfect. GYM was nice and clean. room size is big and bathroom was very clean. housekeeping was also great

My room was a good size but the bathroom was really nice and big. The bed was a single bed and I don't really remember whether it was too comfortable or not. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

The location was awesome and free parking close by. Supermarket in walking distance. Housekeeping was super.
